A little about me...
I am the kind of person who doesn’t sit still well. I also feel the need to be productive with my time which is what led me to be a crafty person. Let’s be clear there is not an artistic bone in my body. I couldn’t freehand anything worthwhile even if I try. Hence why I LOVE my cricut.

I have worked in bars and restaurants more years than I haven’t (woah! gettin old!). So I appreciate a good cocktail. And since crafts are my way to unwind after work they often coincide with cocktails. To be honest, the whole crafts and cocktails started when my bestie got married and she (and by extension me) did a lot of DIY projects for the wedding. There was SO MUCH glitter involved!! Let’s preface this with cocktails do not go along with power tools!! Power tools first, cocktails later!

I recently moved into a condo and decided there were MANY home DIY projects I wanted to do, a few of which actually needed to be done but most just me being me. As you will find out I have a huge Pinterest problem. I am starting this blog to chronicle my year of projects and my cocktail concoctions. So there will be some crafts (both present and past, which I want to show off), some home DIY, some cocktail recipes, some nephew pictures, some random creative moments and who knows what else. I will do my absolute best to credit all the inspiration I found on Pinterest, but with some of the older projects I don’t have it saved. I am hoping this all concludes with the epic Halloween party I have always been wanting to throw. Sidenote, I throw AH-MAZING parties. Which will then lead me into Christmas and then a whole new year!

So don’t be too judgey as you read this, because I basically have no idea what I am doing. This year is all about getting out of comfort zone and trying new things.
